4.4 Source of Funds. 10.3 royal711 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. royal711 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 royal711 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
